These terms apply to this website and to service requested from Quality Septic, Inc., 1412 E Baker St, Plant City, FL 33563. Draft for client review — not yet in force.
Estimates and quotes
Prices shown on this site are typical starting prices, not quotes. What a job actually costs depends on the system, the soil, access for equipment and what the county requires on your parcel.
We give a written price after we have looked at the system on site. That price is what you pay. If we find something beyond the work you asked about, we stop and give you a price for it before doing anything further.
Scheduling and same-day service
We answer seven days a week, 7:00am to 5:00pm, and aim to be out the same day. Same-day service is what we work toward, not a guarantee — weather, emergencies ahead of you in the queue and access to the property all affect it. If we cannot make it the same day we tell you when we can.
Permits and inspections
We prepare and submit the application and we meet the inspection. Permitting typically takes one to three weeks and that timeline is set by the county, not by us. The property owner signs the application.
Access to the property
We need access to the tank, the drain field and the equipment route. Where a lid is buried we dig to it. We take care in the yard, but excavation on a septic system does disturb ground, and restoration means backfilled and graded rather than re-landscaped unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
Please tell us about anything buried we would not expect — irrigation, invisible fencing, private utility runs, a pool line. Locating services mark public utilities, not private ones.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless financing has been arranged in advance. Financing is offered on larger work such as tank replacement and drain field installation, and is subject to approval by the finance provider.
Warranty
Workmanship is warranted. Manufactured components — tanks, pumps, alarms, filters — carry their manufacturer’s warranty. A septic system is affected by how it is used, so damage from what goes into it, from vehicles driven over the field, or from ground conditions that change after the work, is not covered. Ask us for the specific terms that apply to your job before work starts.

We keep the information here accurate and current, including the rule references. Pricing, regulations and county processes change. Nothing on this site is a binding offer, and nothing here is a substitute for having someone look at your system.
