What to Expect from the Septic Tank Installation Process

  • Remove the old tank – In most cases, the first step in septic tank installation is to remove the old tank to make room for the new one. To do this, our team will excavate the area using a backhoe, then use other heavy equipment to lift the tank out and remove it from your property.
  • Make room for the new one – Next in the septic tank installation process, we continue to excavate until we have created a cavity large enough to house the new tank. During this step, we make every effort to only dig as much as we have to, avoiding unnecessary damage to your landscaping.
  • Hook up the new tank – After the digging is complete, we’ll place your new septic tank and connect all the lines. We’ll also thoroughly inspect everything to make sure that the system will work properly.
  • Fill in the hole –The last step in septic tank installation is to fill in the hole and smooth out the soil, burying the tank and cleaning up the mess from the excavation.
